Susan Lin Design’s Lighthouse Point residence was a remodel. By focusing on functionality and a sleek appearance, the team created a modern and clean aesthetic. The design successfully combines natural, warm materials, such as wood, with a stark, modern style that features clean lines, integrated appliances, and an open feel. The designer created a dramatic partition by placing the glass-enclosed wine cellar built into the wall between the kitchen and dining room. The illusion of floating wine bottles adds an element of drama to the minimalist design.
